For graduates and early-career professionals. Starting as Associate Consultant, they build a complete view of how a business is run — finance, organisation, human capital, data, operations and cross-border projects.

Experienced Professional Track
For experienced professionals. Consultant → Senior Consultant → Principal / Advisory Lead, accumulating multi-company project and management experience.

Client Management Conversion
Where a client has a genuine management need and all parties agree, a consultant can transition into the client organisation — as Manager, Head, Controller, HRD, CFO or COO — with the employment relationship transferred in compliance with applicable law.
